About the project:
The apartments are located in a renovated corner house, which was originally built by the famous builder Cholenský at the turn of 1908 and 1909.
The reconstruction of the house was designed very sensitively with an emphasis on adhering to the original elements of architecture with a touch of luxury and meeting the conditions of demanding living in the center of Prague. Everything is underlined by a very pleasant and quiet street with mature trees without much traffic and disturbing influences.
There are a total of 27 apartments, from the smallest 1 + kk to maisonettes with a private terrace with an unforgettable view of the beauties of Prague.
Each of the apartments is designed as an original architectural housing unit with an atypical layout using the highest quality and most luxurious materials.
